Module 5 - Quality Principles 3: Evidence-based decisions and relationships. Delving into managing by facts and trends in an era of too much information, plus looking at the varying relationships that an organisation needs to manage.

Module 6 - Quality Principles 4: Improvement.  A full session exploring process and system improvement, with worked examples. Learn how to determine the role of customer feedback, suggestions and innovation in improvement.
