In fact, Servant Leaders are very demanding when it comes to mission, vision, values, morals, ethical behaviour and hitting performance targets. John Heer is an international expert on leadership. John has the distinction of being the world’s only CEO to have won the Baldrige National Quality Award three times in two different organisations, one of which was the first and only Healthcare organization to win the award twice. 2012 Baldrige Scoring Results were Band 7 Overall (extremely rare) with Bands 5.1, 5.2 and 7.3 (all related to “Staff”) scoring in Band 8 (only organization ever).
