It is a great opportunity to reflect and share experiences on the impact on quality management and discuss how the application of learning will shape the future of quality management.

FACILITATOR: Matthew Rathinam

Dr Matthew Rathinam, is the A/Director Quality for Sydney Trains, has 30 years of experience in quality management in private, global, and public sector organisations, and recently published a book ‘Mastering Quality Management’. Matthew will facilitate the discussion on the challenges faced by quality practitioners during 2020, reflecting on the lessons and looking towards the future.
