Qualcon
® 2011 - Winning in the global economy through Collaboration, innovation and excellence

The essence of the theme is central to the challenges faced when developing business systems required in a growing competitive environment.

Qualcon 2011

The theme for the conference is
"Winning in the global economy through collaboration, innovation and excellence".

Qualcon 2011 is an exciting opportunity for all Australians and our neighbours in the Asia Pacific region.  It will bring large numbers of delegates to this State due to our reputation as holding the best Qualcon Conferences, particularly resulting from the last Adelaide Qualcon in 2008.  We will be maintaining the South Australian reputation for event excellence

This year, AOQ is conducting a Teams in Excellence Awards process to recognise the people, teams and organisations who implement Continual Improvement strategies like Kaizen, Quality Circles, Lean, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Product and Process Risk Reduction, Theory of Constraints, BPR, Process Mapping, TPM and Six Sigma™. It is based on a number of world-wide recognised Teams Awards from Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Europe and USA from whom the ASQ which AQO is associated, has been used to design the Australian Teams in Excellence Awards Criteria.

This event supports the primary education and training activities of AOQ and is designed to be attractive to Members and Non-members alike to ensure maximum community benefit from participation. The conference promises to provide an exciting and valuable three days to all quality and business professionals.  The conference will include a conference dinner which will be combined with the AOQ Juran and Shilkin awards presentations for personal recognition.
