To
ensure our project outcomes fully meet our client’s needs we
have a ‘Quality Management System’ which underpins all
activities within SKM aimed at delivering projects to
clients. To ensure the Quality Audit team continues to offer
a high level of service we seek a ‘Regional Quality Manager’
to oversee and deliver the quality team’s service contract
in the SKM ‘NSW Region.
On a day
to day basis you will liaise with our Senior Managers within
your region on quality issues. Whilst managing a team of
‘Quality Auditors’ you will carry out compliance auditing
and reporting on projects and functional units, maintain
audit schedules and mentor new and existing staff members
within your team. You will compile periodic management
reports and train regional SKM staff in quality systems.
Critical
to your success is your ability to ensure that the processes
within NSW are aligned with the rest of the regions. You
will heighten awareness and the critical importance of a
healthy quality audit score within your region.
To
ensure the success of your region we are seeking an
exceptional candidate with a successful track record in
leading a successful quality team in a senior leadership
role, within an engineering or construction environment.
You must also have a strong track record in implementing key
initiatives, utilising your exceptional influencing skills
to achieve buy in and building your credibility with your
senior stakeholders.
